Inside Sales

The Inside Sales role provides support to customers, outside sales, estimating, project management, and operations teams to execute the sales process effectively. The role involves reviewing customer requests, processing quotes, orders, and expedites, and maintaining CRM. The position requires strong planning and organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects, and good communication skills.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities of the Inside Sales role include reviewing customer requests, routing them for response, updating CRM, supporting outside sales efforts, and assisting in managing existing accounts. The role also involves attending sales and product training to better support customers and outside sales efforts.

• Clerical and administrative skills to be effective with Microsoft, ERP, CRM, and other tools required for business communications

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple and varied projects
• Ability to relate well to others and gain the respect of co-workers
