Role OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate individual to join our Inside Sales team. As an Inside Sales representative, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers to troubleshoot and fulfill orders in partnership with our Outside Sales team.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include listening to and proactively identifying customer needs, monitoring order fulfillment, preparing and submitting quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders in Sage 100 ERP, and working closely with the outside sales team to initiate and follow through with customer relationships.
