MD7 is a digital infrastructure consultancy seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of sales representatives. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within a fast-paced, high-energy office. The manager will coach, motivate, and align the team with company objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management or a related leadership role, specifically experience managing large teams in a high-volume call-center environment (minimum 5 years)
  • Documented track record of achieving and exceeding targets as the leader of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others with and without direct authority
