Job Description
Inside sales position generating revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding technical requirements, and developing accounts for Standard Accounts across the Americas.

Requirements

  • Meet and/or exceed sales, profit and other key sales metrics established by the business and sales leadership team
  • Pro-actively manage and engage in sales activities to promote RS to Standard Accounts across the Americas
  • Communicate and deliver value propositions for each customer persona and market segment
  • Build customer relationships, identify customer needs, and provide product, technical and value-added solutions
  • Work with supplier partner representatives and utilize CRM programs to plan and record sales activities
  • Participate in training and development programs to achieve expert knowledge level for products, services, and sales processes
