Job Description
Inside Sales Rep will build relationships and drive sales across large retail, dealer, contractor, and builder segments. The role will support the outside sales team with revenue-generating activities, partner follow-up, and develop the skills needed to grow into an outside sales role within Fortune Brands.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and execute plans with minimal direction
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership, while actively contributing to team success
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt quickly and respond with urgency when needed
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive, collaborative relationships internally and externally
  • 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
