Role OverviewAs a Full-Time Client Coordinator (Inbound Sales Representative), you'll be the first impression of Milan for prospective clients across the country. You'll connect with warm, high-intent leads—no cold calling—and guide them toward booking their first consultation.
What You Will Do
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, and chats. Convert warm, marketing-generated leads into booked consultations. Build rapport quickly with confidence, empathy, and strong communication.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- 1+ year in sales, appointment setting, or KPI-driven work
- Call center experience preferred
- Ability to type 60+ WPM and multitask across systems
- Interest in aesthetics is a plus
