Role OverviewThe Inside Sales Representative supports existing customer accounts within the critical valve manufacturing industry by providing quotations, processing orders, and serving as a primary point of contact for customers. This role works closely with customers, the outside sales team, and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely support of customer requirements.
What You Will Do
Prepare customer quotations, process customer orders accurately, communicate with customers, coordinate with the outside sales team, research product information, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM system.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service, verbal communication, and written communication skills
- Accurate typing, data entry, and recordkeeping abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities and changing workloads
- Demonstrated ability to learn new products, systems, and processes quickly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel
