Job Description
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, manage assigned accounts, and grow the business by actively calling on established, prospective, and dormant accounts.

Requirements

  • Work with Inventory, Quality, Accounts Receivable, and Marketing as needed
  • Utilize CRM to document all customer interactions
  • Qualify leads generated from trade shows, marketing campaigns, website, and other sources
  • Gather feedback from customers regarding product quality, pricing, competitors, and market trends
  • Follow all company processes, procedures, and policies
