Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative provides customer service and sales support for Alpha Dumpster, promoting short and long-term growth through phone sales and support.

What You Will Do

Respond to inbound calls, make outbound calls, enter sales orders, determine customer needs, and promote products and services.

Requirements

• Proven sales history with 2 years of progressive sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to apply consultative and solutions-based selling skills
• Computer skills necessary, Salesforce experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Highly motivated, self-starter, and team player
• Superior written and oral communication skills
• Ability to handle a heavy volume of calls in a professional and efficient manner
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to react well under pressure
