Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and expanding customer relationships to achieve positive customer experiences, maximize revenue opportunities, and maximize customer retention. The role involves servicing, up-selling, and cross-selling to existing customers, responding to customer inquiries, and initiating telephone calls to customers and potential customers. The Inside Sales Representative will also handle customer complaints, enter orders into the system, and modify or cancel as required.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative include achieving sales and opportunity pipeline metrics, servicing and up-selling to existing customers, responding to customer inquiries, and handling customer complaints. The role also involves entering orders into the system, modifying or canceling orders as required, and utilizing creative and innovative sales techniques to increase sales volume.
