Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative works in a sedentary environment, filling the sales funnel with validated opportunities and developing future customer and partner relationships to increase the speed and positive outcome of the sales cycle. The role involves communication, building and maintaining relationships, answering incoming leads, and computer/software applications to further potential opportunities through the sales funnel.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include prospecting, researching, and providing information while documenting results in the CRM database, coordinating with product specialty experts, communicating with prospective customers, delivering on expectations, and invoicing and reporting sales within the CRM system.

Partnership management experience, inside sales experience, customer service representative experience, and business-to-consumer (B2C) sales experience are preferred qualifications.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to learn and navigate CRM systems and lead management tools such as Zoho Chat, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
