Role OverviewThis role is responsible for inside sales and/or counter sales, answering product inquiries, taking customer orders, and coordinating delivery with dispatch and vendors in a fast-paced office.
What You Will Do
Receive customer phone calls, provide support to customers and contractors via phone and in person, and work closely with outside sales representatives regarding sales promotions and initiatives.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, be skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and have knowledge of concrete masonry. Bilingual (English/Spanish) and forklift experience are preferred.
Requirements
- High school diploma/equivalent or comparable combination of education, experience or training in related field
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous sales experience
- Experience with multi-line phone system preferred
- Knowledge of concrete masonry is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Some forklift experience preferred
