Role OverviewThe Inside Sales Representative will drive growth by engaging former and potential clients and building relationships with referral sources. Duties will include sourcing and engaging with potential clients, developing client and caregiver relationships, and growing the overall client census.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of sales experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ year of recent experience in a home care agency, marketing role, or other healthcare field
- Previous experience working with consumers, the elderly, and their families
- Experience with the Pennsylvania Medical Assistance Program (Medicaid) and home care waiver programs
- CHC home care experience
- Familiarity with one or more major web-based home health database software programs
