Job Description
Swyfft is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in P&C insurance and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for supporting Swyfft's independent agency distribution channel, driving new business, and increasing quote volume.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of P&C insurance experience in underwriting, inside sales, agency sales, or account management
  • Strong knowledge of independent agency distribution models
  • Proven ability to influence production without direct consumer selling
  • Strong pipeline management, follow-up discipline, and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
  • High proficiency in CRM, agency portals, and rating systems
  • Ability to manage multiple agencies and priorities in a fast-paced environment
