Inside Sales Supervisor

The Inside Sales Supervisor will oversee customer service representatives and order processing teams, working closely with the Inside Sales manager to achieve goals and exceed customer expectations. The role involves ensuring timely processing of customer orders, proactive communication with customers, and leading the development of departmental procedures to improve productivity and quality. The Supervisor will also assist with sales performance metrics, supervise the sales administration process, and participate in distributor training sessions.

What You Will Do

As an Inside Sales Supervisor, you will oversee order scheduling, entry, and shipping, ensure quality products are delivered to customers, and coordinate the resolution of customer feedback. You will also participate in a safe and harmonious working environment, assure compliance with federal, state, local, and corporate policies, and lead continuous improvement activities as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in industry sales, customer service, or a relevant industry environment
• Strong creative business writing skills
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze data, define problems, and draw valid conclusions
• Knowledge of ASSA ABLOY products and experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership, and team coordination
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Knowledge or exposure to ERP systems and shipping software
