Role OverviewAs an employee owner, operate a rewinder/inspection asset to perform the final step of digital label production, producing printed roll labels to meet on-time delivery, high-quality expectations, and customer specifications in a safe and efficient manner.
What You Will Do
Actively monitor production efficiency and quality, complete documentation and reporting accurately, troubleshoot machine problems, assist in minimizing remakes, perform clean-up/maintenance tasks, and sustain a high rate of productivity.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have good interpersonal skills, a good mechanical background, and at least one year of lift truck operating experience. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, work in a fast-paced environment, and have good concentration skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior background in manufacturing environment, preferably in a regulated industry
- An eye for detail and excellent documentation skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, occasionally 40
- Reliable as evidenced by good attendance
- Ability to read ruler to a 1/32"
