Job Description
The Inspections Coordinator provides administrative support by maintaining a close and highly responsive relationship to the daily and ongoing needs of our customers and inspection teams. Provides administrative support by coordinating and arranging inspection appointments with customers and building departments, maintaining the computer system, and planning ahead to prevent problems and resolving current issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years in Administration
  • Ability to efficiently multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision while managing others
  • Advanced experience with MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Attention to detail with accurate and excellent data entry skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Ability to speak confidently and with poise
  • Bilingual in Spanish
