Job Description
As the Inspector for the Division of Property Management & Client Services, you will be responsible for inspecting multiple and single family HPD DPM dwellings, investigating and responding to complaints, and performing various administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of property maintenance, building repairs, violation remediation, construction management, or similar on residential properties
  • Minimum of 3 years of vendor management, job monitoring, and compliance enforcement
  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities
  • Valid New York State driver’s license for the duration of employment
  • Authorization to work in the United States
