Role OverviewThe Installation Helper supports the installation team in the field across commercial job sites throughout the five boroughs of NYC, Long Island, NJ and at times remote projects. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated to build a long-term career in a skilled trade, is eager to learn, and can work effectively in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
What You Will Do
Support installation technicians on commercial job sites, assist with equipment installation, transport, and general labor tasks under supervision, use basic hand and power tools, follow direction from lead installers and supervisors, and maintain a clean and organized job site.

Requirements
- Clean and valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, heights, and tight spaces

- OSHA 30 certification
- SST certification
