Role OverviewThis is a hands-on, outdoor position that requires working in all types of weather conditions. As a Laborer II on our Telecom Underground team, you'll take on advanced responsibilities in all phases of underground construction.
What You Will Do
Perform highly skilled construction tasks, install and maintain complex underground telecommunications cable, operate and inspect construction equipment, and communicate clearly with team members.

You'll need to be comfortable performing hands-on, physically demanding work in an outdoor field environment, and have strong ability to work independently and contribute in team environments.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
- 2+ years of experience operating construction equipment, utility trucks, or performing similar tasks
- Strong ability to work independently and contribute in team environments
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours as needed
- Ability to work safely in all weather conditions
- Effective communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach
