Requirements

  • 6+ years of prior residential production building or remodeling experience
  • 3+ years of previous management or crew supervision experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and inspect the quality of all employee or subcontractor installations and jobs
  • Knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRM Tools (i360 – SalesForce)
  • Valid drivers license
