Role OverviewJoin Our Team! Our Installation Laborers are responsible for the delivery, construction and installation of premium fences, pergolas, mailbox and lantern posts, playsets, and other outdoor structures. This entry level position will work directly with the Crew Lead to ensure successful construction of assigned projects and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Provide the Foreman with assistance with preparation for installations, read and understand paperwork, gather materials & tools, load and unload trucks, prepare the work area by clearing debris, mark boundaries, and assess the terrain for potential challenges or obstacles, assist with installation of Company products and according to specifications and safety guidelines, prepare job sites by gathering necessary tools and materials, measure and lay out jobs properly, maintain tools and regularly clean them, provide proper use and care for special equipment, perform repairs and maintenance tasks on existing products, and perform other related duties as assigned.
