Role OverviewImpact Property Solutions is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead the company's installation teams, provide day-to-day leadership, and manage the warehousing team and sub-contractors. The role requires excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as experience in flooring fabrication and project management.
What You Will Do
The Installation Manager will schedule installations, resolve emergency issues, provide training, and handle service issues beyond agent capability. They will also create daily job installation schedules, monitor completion, and create reports to track completed jobs and rework.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Minimum 3 years flooring fabrication experience
- Minimum 3 years project management experience
- Experience in multi-family construction preferred
- Secondary education in business management or related field preferred
- RFMS systems experience a plus
- Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred
