Role OverviewJoin Henderson Products Inc., located in Columbia, MO, as an Installation Technician and Delivery Driver. As a dynamic hybrid role, you will serve as both an Installation Technician and a Delivery Driver. You will be responsible for transporting goods over varying distances, which may occasionally require overnight stays. The Installation Technician will utilize expertise in MIG Welding and Fabrication, Hydraulics, and Electrical systems to install, service, inspect, and troubleshoot truck builds, ensuring proper upfit, hydraulics, wiring, and electrical components.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include installing, servicing, inspecting, and troubleshooting truck builds, performing diagnostic and repair work, reading and interpreting schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and performing shop math. As a Delivery Driver, you will transport goods over varying distances, which may occasionally require overnight stays.

Requirements
- Class A CDL with medical card for interstate transit
- Clean driving record
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic shop math & ability to interpret work instructions, diagrams & blueprints
- Hand dexterity and working knowledge of hand tools
- Must be willing to work in a team environment
- Previous experience in manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with weld, assembly processes
- Technical degree helpful and/or specialty certifications (i.e., welding, electrical, hydraulics), not required
