Role OverviewThe Installer I will be responsible for installing various vehicle interior/exterior parts, including electrical components and hardware. The role requires close attention to detail, minimal supervision, and the ability to meet production goals as scheduled. The Installer I will also assist in training other installers and establish cooperative working relationships.
What You Will Do
Installation of all electrical interior/exterior components and hardware, understanding and carrying out verbal and written directions, and meeting minimum safety and 5S standards.

Requirements
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and layout and other written or verbal instructions presented in English.
- Ability to read and use linear and other measuring devices.
- Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
- Fundamental use of various pneumatic and power tools.
- Familiar with the safe operation of various tools: including but not limited to drills, screw gun, chop saw.
- Ability to use basic mathematics.
