Role OverviewWe're looking for a motivated and hands-on Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for performing various light construction tasks. Every day is a little different, but your mission stays the same: deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent Alta with pride.
What You Will Do
Perform light constructions tasks such as attic remediations, top-offs, vapor barrier installations, encapsulations, rodent exclusions, wildlife removal, termite work, gutter guard installations, and other light construction tasks.

Requirements
- Some prior construction experience
- Willingness to travel
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check
