Job Description
The Institutional Giving Officer plays a key role in executing the annual institutional fundraising plan for Planned Parenthood Great Northwest, Hawai'i, Alaska, Indiana, Kentucky. The Officer is responsible for grant writing, reporting, prospect research, and relationship management across the organization's six-state footprint with a concentration in the states of Washington, Alaska, and Hawai'i. The Officer is also responsible for securing support for our sister affiliate Planned Parenthood Alliance Advocates (PPAA).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in institutional fundraising, grant writing, or related development work
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience producing compelling proposals and donor communications
  • Demonstrated success in managing donor relationships and securing institutional funding
