Job Description
ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking an Instructional Aide to join their Special Education team for the 2026-2027 School Year. The Instructional Aide will provide personalized support, supervision, and guidance to students with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and emotional behavioral disorders. The role involves collaborating with classroom educators to implement individualized instruction and behavioral interventions.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent with passage of basic skills test
Associate degree or higher in education or a closely related field preferred
Licensed or in the process of obtaining a paraprofessional credential preferred
Ability to obtain crisis management training certification
Prior experience working with children with special needs
