Job Description
Spectrum Center Schools and Programs, a growing organization with a social mission, is seeking an Instructional Aide to join their award-winning Special Education team. The ideal candidate will provide personalized support, supervision, and guidance to students in Grades K-12, helping them reach their full potential.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with passage of basic skills test
  • Associate degree or higher in education or a closely related field preferred
  • CA state driver's license
  • Certification in company-approved crisis management training
  • Paraprofessional, paraeducator, teaching assistant, or similar credential preferred
  • Prior experience providing instruction, guidance, and/or support to children
