Job Description
The College of Business at Texas A&M University-San Antonio is seeking a full-time Instructional Assistant Professor of Management (Non-Tenure Track) position beginning in Fall 2026. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Strategic Management, International Business and Entrepreneurship, and/or other Management courses as needed by the department.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. or DBA from an AACSB-accredited College of Business
  • 18 graduate hours in every field in which they will teach
  • Teaching experience
  • Curriculum development experience
  • Experience in leading study-abroad programs
  • Experience with on-campus as well as distance education (hybrid and online)
  • Industry experience in Entrepreneurship and International Business or a related field
  • Experience with San Antonio's entrepreneurial ecosystem
