Job Description
As an Instructional Designer on our team, you will collaborate with internal clients to assess needs, coordinate, design, develop, and deliver interactive learning solutions through a variety of mediums in support of the overall strategy and goals of Evernorth’s pharmacy. In this role, you will make an impact on our Specialty Pharmacy patients and the organization as a whole by: Understanding and having in-depth experience with the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model to create effective training solutions Conducting needs assessments and other types of analysis to identify gaps in employee performance or knowledge Demonstrating effective communication skills to serve as a learning consultant to align training strategies for process improvement initiatives, program changes, or mandated process modifications Being competent in adult learning theory and fundamental training approaches to design engaging learning solutions that promote a learning culture

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years’ instructional design or learning consultant experience required, corporate environment preferred
  • Proficiently using Articulate 360 Suite (Storyline, Rise, Review)
  • 5+ years’ experience in system and process training
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office and LMS applications
  • Proven ability to develop training courses and supporting documentation
  • Experience in conducting needs analysis and operations application functionality
  • Proven ability to identify customized strategies and tactics for success in training delivery
  • Understanding of adult learning techniques
  • Excellent presentation, communication and customer service skills
