Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to develop engaging, learner-centered training solutions that drive measurable learning outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong experience designing interactive digital learning experiences and is passionate about translating complex information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling training content.

Requirements

  • Plan, manage, and execute instructional design projects from concept through delivery
  • Design and develop interactive eLearning courses using tools such as Articulate Suite, Adobe Express, Camtasia, and Adobe Illustrator
  • Analyze learning needs and collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and training strategies
  • Structure and sequence instructional content using proven instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
  • Create curriculum by synthesizing large volumes of information into clear, effective learning materials
  • Develop and maintain learning activities within the Learning Management System (LMS), including training assignments and reporting
  • Produce engaging multimedia learning assets including videos, animations, graphics, newsletters, and training communications
  • Design custom illustrations and visual assets that reinforce learning concepts
  • Evaluate course effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics; implement continuous improvements
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine learning solutions
