Job Description
Jetson is seeking an Instructional Designer to join its training team and develop a blended learning curriculum for HVAC technicians and service professionals. The role involves designing and delivering hands-on, skills-based training programs, collaborating with subject matter experts, and creating engaging eLearning modules.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in instructional design, training development, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience designing hands-on or technical skills training
  • Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or equivalent)
  • Experience with video scripting, production coordination, and/or basic video editing
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to translate complex technical content into clear, learner-friendly language
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI standards
  • Ability to work in a shop or lab environment alongside technicians
