Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in instructional design
  • Proven ability to work closely with subject matter experts
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Project management skills
