Job Description
The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and facilitating both instructor-led training (ILT) and online learning content training deliverables for employees.

Requirements

  • Designs, develops, and facilitates both instructor-led training (ILT) and online learning content training deliverables
  • Researches, develops, schedules, and delivers training for new initiatives, system projects, as well as new or revised processes, policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Collaborates with stakeholders on optimal design of programs and associated training deliverables
  • Manages development projects from inception to completion
  • Designs and develops training deliverables in a variety of formats including print, graphics, audio, video, and animation technologies
  • Collaborates with external media and design vendors to ensure quality and consistency of product and timely delivery of completed instructional media elements
  • Reviews courseware for instructional effectiveness and usability
  • Remains current with and has a thorough understanding of the latest industry technology tools and trends in online education and instructional media
