Job Description
Crunch Fitness is seeking an Instructional Designer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative, engaging, and interactive learning modules with a primary focus on eLearning. They will apply sound instructional design principles to execute on the development and implementation of learning projects.

Requirements

  • BS or MA degree in instructional design, multimedia design, graphic design art or similar
  • Proven work experience in instructional design and with instructional technology such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate or Camtasia
  • Strong project and budget management experience
  • Excellent knowledge of adult learning concepts and instructional design methodologies
  • Lesson and curriculum planning skills
  • Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System
  • Visual design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
  • Proven work experience downloading SCORMs and uploading to LMS systems
  • Proven ability to translate complex or technical content into simplified, engaging learning experiences
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Experience in gamifying e-learning experiences
  • Experience with software to create motion graphics and other engaging elements to level up courses
