Job Description
We are seeking an Instructional Designer to support the development of effective and engaging training content for global and regional audiences. The role will work closely with senior team members, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to analyze, design, build, and update instructional materials.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with Operations Learning Specialists and subject matter experts to develop and update training materials.
  • Create and format engaging instructional content, including presentations, manuals, eLearning modules, videos, and quick-reference guides.
  • Apply instructional design principles and templates to organize and simplify complex topics for learners.
  • Participate in content review cycles and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
  • Assist in applying instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) to develop effective learning experiences.
  • Support content creation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve learning outcomes through updated content, visual enhancements, or revised instructional approaches.
  • Assist with the building and updating of training materials to align with the requirements in the Digital University (LMS).
  • Monitor participation, completion data, and evaluation feedback to support reporting and content improvement.
  • Identify outdated content and flag it for archival or revision.
  • Work closely with SMEs, team members, and regional stakeholders to understand training needs and gather content requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings and design reviews to support project progress.
  • Ensure all communication is clear, timely, and aligned with project expectations.
