Job Description
Centuri is seeking an Instructional Designer to design and develop high-quality, engaging learning experiences for employees at all levels of the organization. The role will play a critical part in enabling organizational change, building capability, and supporting large-scale initiatives.

Requirements

  • Design engaging in-person, virtual, and blended learning experiences
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
  • Research and integrate emerging technologies and concepts into training initiatives
  • Develop a variety of learning assets
  • Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex content into clear, learner-centered experiences
  • Lead instructional design efforts for large-scale system or process changes
  • Consult with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to assess learning needs and recommend effective solutions
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations
