Job Description
The Temple University School of Social Work invites applications for non-tenure track instructional faculty positions to teach in its undergraduate and graduate programs and to collaborate with interprofessional colleagues across the College of Public Health.

Requirements

  • MSW
  • prior social work teaching experience
  • demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching
  • commitment to creating inclusive, accessible spaces for all students
  • doctorate such as a DSW, or PhD, in social work, social welfare or another relevant discipline (preferred)
  • professional experience in clinical social work and/or in macro practice, and/or in integrated care (preferred)
  • classroom and online teaching experience (preferred)
  • familiarity with learning management systems and communication/educational software (preferred)
  • experience teaching and mentoring students from different backgrounds in an inclusive setting (preferred)
