Role OverviewThe Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) supports the Marine Corps eLearning Ecosystem (MCeLE), creating effective learning experiences and training programs using the ADDIE framework. The ISD works onsite, Monday through Friday, and is responsible for developing curriculum, leading live demonstrations, and assisting Academic Officers with user testing.
What You Will Do
Develop curriculum, lead live demonstrations, assist Academic Officers with user testing, and perform curriculum reviews, courseware development, and multimedia enhancements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education
- 3-10 years of instructional design experience
