Role OverviewAs an Instructional Technology Specialist, you will facilitate the integration of technology into instructional programs, collaborating with school teams, state teams, and national teams to develop, implement, and support technology-rich educational strategies. You will enhance and improve the teaching and learning process through technology, working with state leadership, school administrators, and the Curriculum & Instruction Team to assess, create, and implement technology integration based on school plans.
What You Will Do
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and facilitating professional development and training sessions with school staff, assisting in developing curriculum materials and lesson plans, facilitating the selection, installation, and start-up of educational technology systems and equipment, and preparing and presenting information about technology for internal and external communication.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Technology, or a related field
- Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Instructional Technology, Library Media Sciences, and Curriculum Instruction preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in K-12 Teaching, Media Specialist, and/or Instructional Technology
- Teaching certificate from any state
- Proficiency in various educational technologies and digital platforms
- Ability to train and motivate adult learners
