Requirements
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to confidently lead a fast-paced, music-driven group fitness class
- Ability to receive feedback, adapt quickly, and continuously improve
- Previous group fitness instruction experience (preferred)
- Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain prior to teaching independently)
- Ability to teach a consistent number of classes per week
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
- Ability to attend required team meetings, continuing education sessions, and studio events
