Role OverviewWe are a training facility providing specialized training solutions for government, military, law enforcement, security, emergency response, and other professional clients. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering classroom and practical instruction within assigned areas of subject matter expertise.
What You Will Do
Deliver classroom and practical instruction, evaluate student performance, provide coaching and feedback, and maintain a safe and controlled training environment.

Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in military, law enforcement, fire/rescue, emergency medical services, motorsports/professional driving, security/protective services, or another relevant operational field
- Prior experience serving in a formal instructional or training capacity within a relevant discipline
- Direct hands-on experience in one or more relevant training disciplines
- Demonstrated ability to safely conduct and instruct practical, skills-based training
- Sound judgment and situational awareness in dynamic training environments
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of an instructional team
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
