Role OverviewJoin Flexjet, a global leader in private aviation, as an Instructor Pilot. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering pilot training courses to Flexjet pilots, including simulator flight training and classroom instruction. The position is located at the CAE Training Center in Lake Nona, Florida.
What You Will Do
Deliver exceptional initial and recurrent pilot training instruction, assist in the development of courseware and training material, and support the development and certification of training curriculums. The Instructor Pilot will also maintain currency on regulatory issues and inspect work to meet quality requirements.

Requirements
- FAA ATP with type rating in at least one Company fleet aircraft
- Minimum of one year experience with Flexjet as a pilot is preferred
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory issues impacting Flexjet training requirements
- Simulator based flight training program structure
- Current instructional design technology
- Flexjet Flight Operations Manual
- Working knowledge of Flexjet organizational structure and policies
