Job Description
Role Overview

The Instrument Technician will maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate electronic equipment, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations. They will install, adjust, and repair instruments, conduct calibration tests and gas analysis, and maintain records in systems for accuracy and audits.

What You Will Do

The Instrument Technician will calibrate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical instruments/equipment for SCADA and LNG plants. They will also analyze customer electronic test results, address customer inquiries, and accurately document customer setup and service order requests.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in Electronics Technology or a related degree, and experience in electronic troubleshooting, basic wiring and schematics, and basic electronic skills. They must also be able to distinguish colors and successfully complete NIMS Training within one year of entering the job.
