Role Overview

As a Power Engineer, you will coordinate the work of the power design team, establish meetings with governing agencies, and conduct work sessions at project sites. You will also review project documents, write specifications, and perform QA/QC on the work of other engineers. You will be an active participant in our employee-owned culture and contribute to creating an inclusive environment.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include coordinating workload, conducting work sessions, reviewing project documents, writing specifications, and performing QA/QC. You will also be responsible for providing construction contract administration and coordinating with other disciplines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board (e.g. PE or P.Eng)
  • Previous experience in project execution within the Power Market Sector
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office and standard Power Market Sector design software (e.g. PLS CAD, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, AutoPipe, and Revit)
