Job Description
Performs on-site demand and contract field services to support customers' installed based for instrumentation, including diagnostic, troubleshooting, calibration, and start-up and commissioning services. Recommends approaches on repairs, replacements, and upgrades, and partners with sales team to improve customer satisfaction and service growth.
Requirements
Associate's degree and three (3) years of relevant experience or High School Diploma and five (5) years of relevant experience as an Instrument Technician or a similar role
Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control systems, including PLCs, DCS, and SCADA systems
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Working as self-directed field/shop environment worker
Experience with bending and running tubing is preferred
TWIC, OSHA Safety, Security Passport
Valid State issued driver's license
