Job Description
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an Insulation Sales Consultant to evaluate customer homes, educate homeowners on energy efficiency, and sell products/solutions to improve/replace insulation. The ideal candidate will be customer service orientated and interested in consultation sales.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • Secure and maintain BPI Certification
  • Experience/knowledge of home and/or energy industry preferred
  • Valid driver's license/clean driving record
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency principles, building science, or insulation products preferred
  • Proven experience in sales, energy consulting, or a related field
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
