Requirements

  • 40% New Premium: Actively sell relevant insurance products and services during all appropriate interactions.
  • 20% Multiline: Proactively recommend bundled insurance policies such as Auto with Home, Renters, Umbrella, etc.
  • 15% CSAA Premiums: Actively promote and sell CSAA products by leveraging in-depth knowledge of their offerings.
  • 15% Quality: Ensure all insurance applications, policy documents, and client records are completed accurately and in compliance with industry regulations & company standards.
  • 10% New Members: Offer a Club focused sales approach & continuously promote all Club products/services.
