Role OverviewThe Agency Growth Coach is responsible for Member Agency growth initiatives and Strategic Partner Company organic growth within the assigned territory. The role is a sales champion focused on increasing Member Agency income.
What You Will Do
Facilitate onboarding for new member agencies, oversee implementation of the Agency Foundation Program, coach members on increasing new CL & PL production, and coordinate coaching sessions to maximize member income opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) from a four-year college or university
- Four plus years related experience and/or training
- Property and casualty insurance company, wholesale insurance, and/or agency experience
- Ability to travel
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Property and Casualty License – strongly preferred
- Insurance Designations preferred
